The CAN bus terminal resistor has three functions:

 

1. Improve anti-interference ability to quickly eliminate high-frequency and low-energy signals;
2. Ensure that the bus quickly enters a hidden state, allowing the energy of parasitic capacitors to dissipate faster;
3. Improve signal quality by placing it at both ends of the bus to reduce reflected energy.
